This Privacy Policy explains how the FEELIT STUDIOS online store (feelitstudios.pl) processes the personal data of Customers and users, in accordance with the GDPR.
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is Bartosz Ormanin, conducting business under the name FEEL IT BARTOSZ ORMANIN, ul. Starogardzka 41a, 83-240 Lubichowo, Poland, NIP: 5922289804, REGON: 522532365 (the “Controller”).

2. What data we collect
Depending on how you use the Store, we process:
- order and shipping data: name, address, e-mail, phone number (if provided), order details;
- account data: if you create an account (e-mail, password, order history);
- payment data: handled directly by payment providers; the Controller does not store full card details;
- newsletter data: e-mail address and consent record;
- technical and usage data: IP address, device/browser identifiers, cookies and similar technologies (see the Cookies section).

4. Data recipients
Data may be shared with trusted entities processing it on our behalf or as independent controllers, including:
- store platform: Shopify (store hosting, order handling, transactional e-mails and newsletter);
- payment providers: Shopify Payments (Stripe), PayPal, Klarna, and others available at checkout;
- carriers: e.g. InPost, DPD, DHL, FedEx, Poczta Polska;
- analytics and marketing tools: Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Merchant Center, Search Console), Meta (Meta Pixel, Meta Ads), TikTok;
- review platforms: Loox, Trustpilot;
- accounting services: for bookkeeping and tax documentation;
- public authorities: where required by law.
5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area (EEA)
Some of our providers (e.g. Shopify, Google, Meta, TikTok) process data on servers outside the EEA, including in the USA. Such transfers are based on appropriate safeguards, i.e. Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or adequacy decisions (e.g. the Data Privacy Framework). A copy of the safeguards can be obtained by contacting the Controller.
6. Data retention
- Order-related data, for the duration of fulfilment and then for periods required by tax and accounting law and the limitation period for claims.
- Account data, until the account is deleted.
- Data processed on consent (newsletter, marketing), until consent is withdrawn.
- Data processed on legitimate interest, until an effective objection is raised.
7. Your rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

8. Providing data is voluntary
Providing data is voluntary but necessary to conclude and perform the contract (without it we cannot fulfil the order). Providing data for marketing is fully voluntary.
9. Profiling and automated decisions
For marketing, we may display tailored ads based on cookies and site activity (profiling). We do not make automated decisions producing legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affecting you.
10. Cookies
What cookies are. Cookies are small text files stored on your device while you use the site. They enable, among others, the cart to work, remembering settings, traffic analysis, and ad personalization.
Types of cookies we use:
- Essential: necessary for the store to work (cart, login, security, checkout). Always active, no consent required.
- Analytics: help us understand how you use the site (e.g. Google Analytics). Used only with your consent.
- Marketing: used to show tailored ads and measure their effectiveness (e.g. Meta Pixel, TikTok, Google Ads). Used only with your consent.
- Functional: remember preferences, e.g. language choice.
Managing consent. On your first visit you see a cookie banner where you can accept or reject analytics and marketing cookies (essential cookies are always active). You can change or withdraw consent at any time via the cookie settings in the Store and in your browser settings (where you can also delete cookies). Disabling some cookies may affect certain site features.
11. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Policy may be updated. The current version, with its last-updated date, is always available in the Store.
